Simple Snack: Skinny Buffalo Chicken Sliders For Super Bowl Sunday!

As promised, here's another recipe idea for Super Bowl Sunday. These Skinny Buffalo Chicken Sliders stay slim thanks to nonfat Greek yogurt, veggies, and shredded chicken but plenty of hot sauce gives 'em tremendous flavor. They're a welcomed game-day addition for those typically sequestered to the crudites platter...


12 slider buns, split
1 (6-ounce) container plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4 cups packed shredded rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup hot sauce (preferably Frank’s RedHot), plus more for serving
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Thinly sliced celery and carrot, for topping

1. Toast the slider buns in a toaster oven or 350˚F oven, if desired.
2. In large bowl, fold together the yogurt, chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder and salt.
3. Divide the chicken mixture and blue cheese among buns. Top with celery and carrot slices. Top with more hot sauce, if desired.
