SKINNY BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

slider buns, split

(6-ounce) container plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4
cups packed shredded rotisserie chicken
1/4
cup hot sauce (preferably Frank’s RedHot), plus more for serving
1/8
teaspoon garlic powder
1/8
teaspoon salt
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese
Thinly
sliced celery and carrot, for topping

Toast the slider buns in a toaster oven or 350˚F oven, if desired.

In large bowl, fold together the yogurt, chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder and
salt.
3.
Divide the chicken mixture and blue cheese among buns. Top with celery and
carrot slices. Top with more hot sauce, if desired.
These look crazy good! I love that you used Greek yogurt.
