How-To Make The Perfect Martini

A clean gin martini with a twist, there's nothing better. Cheers to you, my lovely friends! See you back here on Monday.



THE PERFECT GIN MARTINI 
MAKES: 1 drink

3 ounces gin 
1 ounce dry vermouth 
1 to 2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish

Stir the gin, vermouth and bitters together in a cocktail shaker or large glass with ice for 30 seconds; strain into a chilled martini glass. Rub the rim of the glass with the lemon twist, then add to the drink. 

Note: My favorite brand of gin is Hendricks, I think it makes the best martini ever!
