2-INGREDIENT LEMONADE CAKE
SERVES: 8-10
1 box vanilla or golden cake mix
1 (12 ounce) container lemonade
Optional: cream cheese, sour cream or creme fraiche & confectioners' sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a cake pan or baking dish.
2. Mix the cake mix and lemonade in a bowl until smooth with a few lumps. Bake as cake mix label directs or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. Remove from the oven and let cook in the pan on a rack.
4. If you'd like to add a topping, stir together cream cheese, sour cream or creme fraiche with confectioners' sugar to reach desired consistency / flavor! Spread over the cake.
