INDIVIDUAL HEART-SHAPED SALADS

SERVES: 4

1 head iceberg lettuce

Your favorite salad dressing

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Slice the lettuce into 4 (1 1/2-inch) slices. Stamp out 1 large heart from the center of each slice using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Gently transfer to serving plates. Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
