Instead it's a super-simple mixture of cucumber, honeydew, lime juice and a little sweetness (all of my faves)! Here's how you make it...
CUCUMBER-MELON BREAKFAST COOLER
2 cups sliced English cucumber (skin on)
2 to 3 cups cubed honeydew melon
2 cups ice
1/4 cup water
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Put the cucumber, honeydew, ice, water, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among chilled glasses.
Note! If you’d like your drink a little sweeter, replace the water with store-bought lemonade.
