Currently Eating: Ricotta-Marinara Fried Egg Sandwich!

Welp, it looks like I'm going to spend my first day as a Good Housekeeping editor at home. My plan is to fend off the boredom by feeding boyfriend all day. First up, breakfast: Spread leftover marinara sauce and ricotta cheese on baguette, broil until bubbly and golden brown, then top with a fried egg, basil and shredded parmesan. What are you making!?
