Weekend Eating Notes: Greek Easter

Reliving an afternoon of fine food & family! We celebrated Greek Easter yesterday with all of the usual trimmings: lamb, pastitio, orzo & booze. Here are some highlights...


 

The Greek staple.


70 pounds of lamb roasting low & slow.
 

A cooler full of cold beer.


Kokoretsi (think, a skewer of lamb organs wrapped to make a rough sausage).

Green beans.
Orzo salad.
Tate's chocolate chip cookies!


 Hope y'all had as lovely of a Sunday as we did—I'm sure it was a hoot! Happy Monday.
