Something truly spectacular happened Tuesday, March 24th at 2:00pm. I have a job! You know that anytime something exciting, depressing, life changing or boring happens I end up baking. I could not think of a better way of saying Thank You than a big batch of my signature Red Velvet Cupcakes! They were our office snack yesterday.
My insides are still vibrating from all of the excitement. The rush of sugar that came with snacking on these babies certainly didn't help.
