Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes with Vegan Mocha-Amaretto Mousse and Vegan Chocolate Buttercream
I took on the responsibility of dessert for our friday night dinner club again. One of the attendees is allergic to...well almost everything. Last time I made dessert he complained that my sweets were discriminatory. This time around I tried to be a bit more accommodating to his food aversions by making Vegan cupcakes.
