Cake Column: My Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cake

Huzzah! It's my favorite time of the month, friends. My Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cake just popped up on soft white cake, peanut butter frosting and whipped grape jelly. A few years ago Fred & Friends came out with this sandwich-bread cake mold (which is great)! But I think a square cake pan works just as well, especially if you only trim off the top of the cake, leaving the dark edge to look like crust. Don't you think?
