Filling Cupcakes

Alright friends, over the past few days I have received several questions about how I fill my cupcakes. It much simpler than it seems. Take a peak. 

1. Bake cupcakes. 

2. Using a small knife cut out a cone shape from the top of the cake by inserting the knife at an angle & gently sawing around in a circle. Remove the cake with the tip of the knife...snack on it or freeze it for later. 

3. Spoon your filling into the hole.

When you're all done, frost the cake as usual. No one will know what surprises await them inside!
