Welcome To My New Blog!
For those of you who frequented my last site Without Fanfare or Frippery, thanks for coming back. For those of you who may not know me, my name is Erin. Over the past year I've been writing for NYU Steinhardt as an official student blogger. I've shared tales about my life as a student, living in New York and inevitably my passion for cuisine. In the attempt to stop mixing work with pleasure, I've decided to create a separate blog dedicated entirely to food and travel. I think those working at NYU will thank me. Prospective student's have no interest in the amazing cheese I found at the farmer's market or the nearly fatal meal I craft for my friends the night before. You, on the other hand, are a different story. I imagine that you navigated here due in some way to your own interest in the culinary world. For that reason, I hope you find my musings entertaining and my recipes up to your standards.
