DIY Food Gal Halloween Costume Ideas: Christina Tosi

/ Thursday, October 11, 2012

We continue on with 3 weeks of serious food gal Halloween costume inspiration: Super-talented lady chefs, food writers, bloggers, bakers, TV personalities—it's going to be a blast! These costumes are easy to throw together, plus it's the perfect excuse to carry around snacks all night!

Next up: Christina Tosi, chef and owner of Momofuku Milk Bar. She's the sugar star behind crave-worthy treats like, Crack Pie, Cereal Milk Soft Serve, Corn Cookies & Pineapple Upside Down Cake Truffles. She's an author, entrepreneur and the James Beard's Rising Star 2012—pretty much an all-around fabulous person to pretend to be for an entire day :)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- scarf for your hair
- econ chef jacket
- skinny black pants
- red Chuck Taylors
- gold bangles
- Sugar brand lip balm (it just feels appropriate)
- white apron
- Kellog's Cornflakes
- Momofuku Milk Bar cookies, obvs!

Make sure to trick-or-treat around the East Village, maybe even pop into Milk Bar!? If you can get one of your guy friends to dress up as David Chang, that's even better.
